Ashley + Joe had the most gorgeous October wedding at the rustic and historic Prallsville Mills in Stockton, NJ. This wedding was super unique and the Mills offered a variety of gorgeous settings for their photos.
Ashley + Joe prepared for their first look which we set up on the gorgeous bike path overlooking the Delaware River, right behind the Mill. Even tho it started to drizzle, Ashley and Joe were on board for taking more photos and didn’t let a little rain spoil any of their fun.
We then headed into the Mill to take their family formals and bridal party photos and had a ton of fun on the third floor of the mill. Any idea that I had for Ashley and Joe, they were up for it! I love when a couple is just as passionate about their photos as I am!
Their ceremony took place on the very first floor, right beside the old mill!! It was so cool! Because it had been raining, you could hear the water running through the mill and it just added to the ambiance of their ceremony.
Ashley + Joe brought their dog Maggie for the festivities and she joined them for their ceremony as well. Maggie was the most well behaved pup I have ever seen attend a wedding. It was almost as if she was smiling from ear to ear for her masters getting hitched!!
The details of the day were absolutely perfect. Ashley and Joe went with earthy tones and accents of orange and it was so gorgeous! Ashley had all of the florals prepared by the Monmouth County Vocational School and they were stunning. The pops of orange really added an autumn feel to the images. Their favors were little tin pots filled with succulents, accented with a flag that read “Let Love Grow.” Their center pieces were mason jars filled with sprays of baby’s breath or candles. Everywhere I looked, there were candles and baby’s breath tucked into every nook and corner of the mill. It was really romantic!!
I have known Ashley since high school and I couldn’t have felt more honored to have been able to capture such a special day for her and Joe. Thank you and congrats from the bottom of my heart!
