Allaire State Park Engagement sessions are our favorite! There are a ton of locations and spots that add a lot of variety to engagement photography. Bridget and Shane are lifelong sweethearts! For their engagement session, Bridget had on a black wrap fitted dress with cute nude heels. Shane wore a long-sleeved button-down striped shirt with dark dress pants and gray Vans.
- How did you both meet?
“Shane and I met in middle school at our 8th-grade dance. He had asked me to be his girlfriend not too long after that. After going to different high schools, we went our separate ways. Out of the blue one day, Shane reached out to me during our junior year of high school, and the rest is history!”
- What is something that the two of you are most excited about for your wedding day?
“We are just so excited to celebrate with all of our family and friends. Being together for 12 years, our wedding day was a long time coming, and everyone is looking forward to it!”
- How did your fiancé propose?
“Shane proposed to me on the beach in Manasquan on October 19, 2019, the same place he had asked me to be his girlfriend back in high school. It was just me, him, and our dog Brice. That night I had thought we were going to dinner with our best friends, and instead, he had planned a surprise party at our favorite bar with all of our friends and family. It could not have been a more perfect day.”
- What do you like to do together?
“We are such homebodies! Our perfect date night consists of ordering dinner in, having some drinks, and hanging out in our backyard with our dog Brice.”
