Last weekend we celebrated Joey Marie and Vito’s wedding at Palumbo’s in Tinton Falls NJ. This wedding was completely action packed from start to finish, we had such an amazing time!
The one thing that I absolutely loved about this wedding was the level of energy in the room. From the moment we began introductions all the way through the last dance the energy was high and everyone was looking to have a good time. As soon as the beat dropped the dance floor was packed! This was such a fun wedding to DJ.
One of my favorite memories of this wedding was working with the bride on her father daughter dance. Joey Marie wanted to do something a little different and I was all about it. She asked if I would be able to mix several different songs together for her dance with her dad this way they could switch up the tone and really have fun with it. I thought it was such a cool idea and it ended up being an absolute hit at the wedding! We started the dance with Butterfly Kisses. From there we mixed into Cotton Eye Joe, Stanky Leg, Thriller, Soulja Boy’s Crank That, The Wobble and end it all with The Electric Slide! Toward the end of the dance everyone in the room joined in on The Electric Slide. Definitely a pretty memorable moment!
