A Photography Team Built Around Your Experience
Every Limelight wedding photography collection includes two photographers and a photo assistant for the full duration of your booked coverage.
That full team gives us the ability to tell a more complete story. While one photographer is focused on you, the second can preserve another perspective, the reactions happening around you, and the moments unfolding elsewhere. Keeping both photographers with you for the full coverage period creates greater consistency and variety throughout the gallery, from the beginning of the day through the celebration.
Your photo assistant is also doing far more than carrying equipment. Before the wedding, our photography team builds a detailed day of timeline around the flow of your celebration and the photographs that matter to you. On the wedding day, your assistant helps manage that timeline, coordinates the people needed for group photographs, and keeps the photo team moving smoothly.
That means you are not spending your wedding tracking down family members, checking the time, or telling everyone where they need to be. You can stay present with the people you love while your team handles the coordination behind the scenes.

A strong photography timeline should create enough time for the images you care about while protecting the experience you want to have.
We begin by learning about your wedding, your relationships, your priorities, and the moments you do not want to miss. From there, we build a personalized photography timeline that considers where everyone needs to be, the pace of the day, travel, available light, family groupings, and the time needed to create portraits without rushing you through the wedding.
The timeline gives the team a clear plan, but it is not meant to make the day feel scripted. Weddings move. Weather shifts. Emotions take over. Because the preparation is already in place, we can adapt while keeping the important parts of the story in view.

Our couples invest approximately $6,500 in their wedding photography collection on average. Additional collections offer options such as more coverage, a larger wedding album, an engagement session and album, or welcome event coverage.
During your consultation, we will walk you through the differences so you can choose the collection that fits the story you want preserved. You will know what is included before you make a decision.
Your Photographs Deserve a Life Beyond the Screen
An 8×8 heirloom wedding album with 10 pages is already included in the starting collection. After you see your photographs, one of our designers will guide you through creating it.
You will not be handed a gallery and expected to figure out the album on your own. During your photo reveal and design appointment, we help you choose the images that tell the story, arrange them into a design that flows naturally, and explore any changes you would like to make.
You may keep the included album or choose to expand its design, select a larger size, change the cover, or add parent albums and wall art. Any additional choices are optional and are reviewed with you before the design is finalized.
Our wedding clients usually invest an additional $4,000 in their albums and wall art beyond what is included in the original collection. We share that context because we want you to understand the complete purchasing experience before the wedding, not encounter it as a surprise afterward.
