Kimberly + Tom Engagement Photos at Deep Cut Gardens

Kimberly and Tom’s engagement photography at Deep Cut Gardens was very luminous and beautiful for a cloudy day. We kept checking the weather to see if rain would have any effect on our evening, thankfully it did not rain and we were able to create some sunshine.

Kimberly and Tom have such a strong bond and their love is evident in their photographs. Smiles and giggles, this couple could not resist expressing their love for one another while photographs were being taken. Such a beautiful couple, Kimberly and Tom styled their looks and complimented their outfits with one another.

“We met through a mutual friend – Kim’s cousin and Tom’s high school buddy. We were friends for a little while until one St. Patricks night when Kim mentioned her love of the cult TV classic Arrested Development and without missing a beat, Tom whipped out the Arrested Development chicken dance in the middle of a packed bar.”
And since that night Kimberly knew he was the one for her! What a giddy pair, falling in love was pure destiny for these two.
“It was our anniversary weekend and as usual, Tom had a special getaway planned. He had said that we were stopping at a surprise location on the way to the hotel. This was nothing new, as surprises have always been a big part of our relationship, because Kim is a surprise/spontaneity junkie and Tom is the most thoughtful human on the planet. We ended up at Morris Arboretum, where we basically had the place to ourselves since it had down poured earlier in the day. In true Kim fashion, she wanted to go exploring every side trail and not take the usual planned route. In true Tom fashion, his thoughtful self had already planned out a specific route that Kim was inadvertently destroying by the minute. Eventually we arrived to the beautiful spot where Tom dropped to one knee and proposed. We spent that night celebrating with family and friends and then set off for a weekend of “glamping” at the Delaware Water Gap to celebrate.”
What Kimberly and Tom are most ready and excited for on their wedding is to have all of their loved ones in one place and having fun. The couple shared some excitement about their wedding day, “We are pretty pumped about the cocktail company we’ve hired, 13th Street Cocktails, who make all of their mixers from scratch.”
We hope your love blossoms and grows in rain, shine, or sleet. Congratulations to these two lovebirds!
