Alexis + Christopher’s Wedding at the Crystal Ballroom

Alexis and Chris’s wedding day was filled with vibrant colors and beautiful moments at the Crystal Ballroom. Everyone had such a great vibe to them and were ready to celebrate the big day!

The day finally came and Alexis was so excited to get married! The color scheme and details for their wedding was stunning. The colors consisted of a wide range of purple, mostly concentrated on the color pale lavender. Her invitations were pale lavender and sage with silver foiling. They were really really pretty and gave off a classic and timeless vibe to them. While getting ready the bridesmaids wore pale lavender robes that were personalized individually with their names embroidered on them and Alexis’s mother had a similar darker purple robe that read “mother of bride.” Everyone was so smiley and psyched to see the two lovebirds wed later that evening. Alexis, her mom, Chris’ mom, and the maid of honor’s makeup was done by Destini Figueroa and the other 4 bridesmaids makeup was done by Lauren Koba. Alexis looked incredible! She chose a bold lipstick that really popped and looked amazing. Such a statement the darker lipstick made in her photographs! Adrianne Ulis styled Alexis’s hair in an updo, which worked perfectly for the humidity of the day. What a look! Her wedding dress was absolutely beautiful! It was a full skirt with a plunging neckline. She got this gorgeous poofy dress from David’s Bridal and she paired it with some beautiful purple Badgley Mischka shoes. Her tear drop earrings added an elegant statement and just sparkled perfectly in the sunlight. What a sight to see! Alexis looked amazing! The bridesmaids matched Alexis with similar tear drop earrings. The girls wore sage grey floor length dresses and had on matching strapy silver heels. Best part about their dresses – they had pockets! The florals by Bloom Floral and Events looked amazing and contrasted nicely against the dresses. The florals were a vibrant contrasty color which consisted of lavender roses and a spray of different florals and greens. The bouquets were beautiful with their purple and pale colors!

Alexis and Chris’s ceremony was emotional and filled with so much love. Their ceremony was held inside Alexis’s family church, Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton. Chris stood at the alter waiting for his soon-to-be wife with the biggest smile on his face. He looked handsome in a navy tuxedo, lavender bowtie, and brown dress shoes. This was the first time Chris will see Alexis in here wedding gown! As the doors to the church opened and Alexis walked down the aisle, Chris became so emotional. How sweet! He was in awe when he saw how beautiful bride. The two could not take their eyes off one another! Gazing at each other, Alexis made it to the alter and smiled sweetly at Chris. It was time to be wed! Everyone smiled and tears started to go down cheeks as the couple got married and then walked down the aisle as husband and wife. Exiting the church, Alexis and Chris did a fun bubble exit that really brought laughter and smiles to people’s faces.

We took a few formal photographs of the couple with their their family, then we headed over to Manasquan Reservoir where Alexis and Chris love to take walks and go jogging together. They love spending time together, so this was a perfect opportunity to get a few shots at one of their favorite places. The two fell into each other during their portraits. Oh-so-lovey! The two are such a cute couple and so very much in love. Chris made Alexis laugh a lot during photographs and she was so cute and bubbly scrunching her nose as she giggled with her new husband!

The Crystal Ballroom looked amazing with the purple uplighting the couple chose for their reception space. The details at their reception were very cute and matched their overall theme perfectly. The cake topper was a glittery silver police officer and a teacher which was very precious to them, because it is their own professions. Alexis and Chris shared an emotional first dance together. How cute, Chris was such an emotional husband throughout the day! The couple gracefully danced to the music all smiles as they embraced one another. As their song ended, Alexis walked over to her father and asked him to dance with her for their special dance. Her father took her in his arms as he teared up. This was quite a moment for the father and daughter, as everyone watched people began to get choked up because it was just so precious. Chris Marino of Limelight Entertainment did an amazing job with the music and brought exactly what the couple wanted. The guests had a blast and danced the night away. Alexis and Chris had a photo booth set up that let their guests capture fun and goofy momentos from the night. As the evening went on, people danced and enjoyed each other’s company. Night struck and it was time for some night shots of the couple, we took Alexis and Chris outside for some romantic night photographs near the fountain outside. The couple shared a kiss under the stars and we captured that moment. During the cake cutting all their guests sang to their cake cutting song, “Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You” by Frankie Vallie at the top of their lungs. This wedding was incredible!

Congratulations Alexis and Chris on your wedding! You both looked amazing and it was a beautiful day. Hope you have many more amazing moments in your future. Thank you for choosing Limelight Entertainment for your special day. We had a blast!
