Elisha + Brad’s Wedding at the Rockleigh Country Club

Elisha and Brad chose to get married at the gorgeous Rockleigh Country Club! It was a beautiful Sunday, with crisp spring air and the sun shinning down. We were SO excited to photograph their special day. We remember how giddy Elisha was during her and Brad’s engagement session at Asbury Park a year ago and how she talked about having the color pink be prominent on their wedding day – PINK! PINK! PINK! So when the big day came we did not expect anything less than that. 😉

Elisha and her girls were getting their hair and makeup done by Pink Comb Beauty. Elisha went with an elegant half up half down do full of curls. Delicately placed in her her were bridal accessories that she made herself! Elisha brought her talents to her own wedding and designed all of the bridal details. WOW! Her details were so unique and fun. Her bridesmaids wore satin black high-lo dresses. Each one in a pair of strappy black heels. Elisha designed gorgeous black bird cage veils for her bridesmaids to wear in their hair and bright pink sashes to tie around their waists. The bright pink complemented the black satin perfectly! They all looked so stunning and elegant!

Elisha had three hair piece changes which included: a long beautiful veil with hand placed pink Swarovski crystals, a white birdcage veil, and a crystal and lace hair comb. She designed all three pieces herself and had each piece planned for different parts of their special day. Can we take a minute to gush over the beauty of Elisha’s bouquet?! E & E Flowers designed Elisha’s dream florals with bright pink peony, ranunculus, and gerbera daisies accented with tons and TONS of eucalyptus. Gahh! The florals were stunning! They definitely fit the pink theme Elisha had going on!

Speaking of stunning! You would not believe this fun and flirty Watters wedding dress from Lovely Bride that Elisha had picked out for her big day. It was everything! The details of this dress were phenomenal… including the bright pink underlining of the train that Elisha had incorporated in it. Silvia’s Tailoring designed a bridal cape for Elisha to wear over her wedding dress during her Ketubah signing and ceremony. The delicate bridal cape also had hand placed pink Swarovski crystals just like her wedding veil.

Tears, tears, and more tears – there was not one but three first looks on this lovely day. Elisha’s parents had a first look, Elisha and her father had a first look, and Elisha and Brad had a first look! A waterfall of tears, as everyone took in these beautiful moments. When Brad turned around to see Elisha all dressed up, he could not believe his eyes. His smile stretched from ear to ear when he saw her! They embraced and spent this moment to talk and be together before all the craziness began. After Elisha and Brad’s first look, we started formal portraits. The two could not stop smiling and being all giddy. Brad looked dapper in his Men’s Wearhouse tuxedo with his pink pocket square and black bowtie. E & E Flowers designed Brad’s boutonniere with pink ranunculus and eucalyptus which complimented nicely with all of the pops of pink throughout the wedding.

Elisha and Brad had a traditional Jewish ceremony with their loved ones in attendance. Rabbi Eric Rosin spoke highly of the couple and expressed his blessings for the newly weds during their ceremony. Thought the ceremony Brad would reach out and touch Elisha’s hands. It was such a sweet moment. Cheering and happy cries filled the room as Elisha and Brad walked down the aisle, followed by their wedding party. Time to dance the night away, the happy couple had New York City Swing singing and jamming out with their guests as they danced. Elisha’s dad even joined the band to play some guitar and rock out with the crowd! It was SO awesome!! Such a fun moment!!
