Margo + Joe didn’t let a little rain get in the way of having the best day ever at their Clark’s Landing Yacht Club Wedding. Their entire event was hosted at Clark’s Landing Yacht Club and was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. Margo + Joe hosted an elegant and classic style wedding and included a color scheme of champagne gold, lavender, and ivory.
Margo + Joe had their first lookout on the dock at Clark’s and it was the sweetest moment. Joe was so excited to see his bride as she walked up and tapped him on the shoulder. The smile on his face, (and hers), was priceless. They were even able to get their puppy Wilma out for their portrait session. Wilma was dressed in her own lavender bridesmaids dress to match the rest of the bridesmaids. How cute!?
Their ceremony space at Clark’s was gorgeous and their Chuppah was blanketed in white hydrangea, lavender roses, delphinium, and snapdragon. They also incorporated a blending of the sand ceremony to symbolize their two lives becoming one in the unity of marriage. The sand representing Margo was lavender and the sand representing Joe was natural in color and they poured their sand into a container that read “My entire heart for my entire life.”
One of my favorite moments from Margo + Joe’s wedding was their amazing first dance! Margo + Joe danced their first dance to “I’ve Had the Time of my Life” by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes. The amazing part of this is that they danced this first dance choreographed to the dance scene from Dirty Dancing. It was flawless!
Our very own DJ Chris Marino got the celebration started with the Hora and from there on out it was party time!
