Dana + Bobby’s romance started in high school and continued through their years at Monmouth University together. It was while on a trip to Mexico that Bobby decided to pop the question and ask Dana to marry him. He asked her “What could make this trip better?” to which Dana replied “Nothing, it’s perfect.” And that is when Bobby got down on one knee and proposed. THAT is perfect!!
When asked where they wanted to shoot their engagement session, both Dana + Bobby agreed that Asbury Park was where they wanted their pictures. Since they both went to Monmouth University, they had spent a lot of time in Asbury Park. They both enjoy the beaches and architecture of the boardwalk so it was a great choice.
During their shoot, we were able to get into the historic Paramount Theater and were also able to shoot from the balcony overlooking the boardwalk. It was a really great spot to capture them together looking over the summer crowds on the Asbury Park Boardwalk.
I had such a great time with Dana + Bobby during their engagement session. We are all definitely looking forward to their wedding at the beautiful South Gate Manor in Freehold.
