I had so much fun with Jess and Chris and their two beautiful boxer pups on the Asbury Park waterfront for their engagement session! We met up a few hours before dusk and we just walked around and enjoyed the many beautiful spots the Asbury waterfront has to offer. The two chose this location because it was where they had their first date and where they first moved in together. So it really meant a lot to them to shoot their engagement session in Asbury Park.
Jess had signs made up for their dogs to wear that announced that their two favorite people were getting married on 6-3-2017. It was so cute! I especially loved their dog tags which read “Have your people call my people.” How fun!?!!
Jess and Chris met at a Phish concert all the way up in Saratoga Springs and ironically discovered that they both lived very close to each other. It was definitely meant to be!
Chris’s proposal was super sweet too! The festive couple has a big countdown to Christmas with the Christmas tree advent calendar that Chris’s family has been using since he was a small child. Chris carefully placed the ring in the drawer for December 20th and on that day Jess found her surprise! They then headed down to Florida to share the news and excitement with Jess’s family.
Jess and Chris are getting married at the Valenzano Winery in their newly renovated Pavilion. It is going to be simply beautiful and I cannot wait! This is going to be a full Limelight Wedding with me and my crew on Photography, our Photo Booth, and our amazing Entertainment staff on hand to rock the party all night long!! Jess said she is “so excited to dance and party all night long with everyone” they love!
