Jillian + Stephen's Wedding at the Crystal Point Yacht Club

Jillian and Stephen had the most beautiful wedding at Crystal Point Yacht Club. Their wedding day began with Jillian prepping at Crystal Point with her VIPs and Stephen got ready at the Ramada of Toms River with all of his favorite guys. The guys were picked up and dropped off by Shore Luxury Limos Trolley and then it was time to see each other for their first look.

We set up a romantic first look on the docks at the Crystal Point Yacht Club. Jillian walked up to Stephen and asked him to turn around and the the look on his face when he saw his gorgeous bride in her stunning gown was priceless. Nothing beats that moment! Jillian and Stephen chatted about their day and Stephen gave her a twirl to check her out from head to toe.

I always tell my couples to go ahead and take a few moments with each other after their first look. It is literally almost the only time the bride and groom has alone with each other all day. and after the first look it is nothing but a whirlwind. A lot of my couples look to me to get the portrait session started and I always let them know that they can have a few moments to themselves before we start. They always appreciate this and I always get sweet little candid moments from it. Win win!!

We headed off to Spring Lake for photos and were immediately turned around just after taking the family portraits due to rain. The rain showers didn’t last too long but to play it safe we redirected and headed to Crystal Point to take photos in their ballroom. Crystal Point Yacht Club has a gorgeous ballroom, so it was really easy to move all of their portraits inside. We used the ballroom and we used the bridal suite and I absolutely LOVE the way their portraits came out!

Jillian and Stephen held their wedding ceremony right at Crystal Point and had a close friend officiate their marriage. Their wedding was sweet and simple and super sentimental. Jillian and Stephen wrote their own vows to each other and during their readings of them, I don’t think there was a single dry eye in the room!

After ceremony it was time to turn it up! Jillian and Stephen and their friends and family were so much fun to be around! They made the night so much fun! The dance floor was packed all night and everyone had an amazing time dancing the night away. DJ Joe Castro from KEC Entertainment had everyone moving and grooving all night. He got up in the crowd and led everyone in doing the wobble and he even had guests singing in the microphone to the songs he was playing. It was great!

I can’t thank Jillian and Stephen enough for allowing me to capture such a special night for them. I had so much fun and loved being there for their wedding day. Congrats!
