Nicole and Kyle said their I Do’s at The Mill Lakeside Manor on a beautiful September day. The Mill is a dream wedding venue! Right on the lake, there are plenty of beautiful locations and scenery for your wedding photography.
Kyle’s favorite thing about Nicole is her competitiveness and how they can make anything into a game. He loves when they challenge each other!
Nicole’s favorite thing about Kyle is his laugh. He makes her laugh every time he laughs, even if what he is laughing at is not funny! “He has the ability to make me immediately happy in any situation.”
On this super sunny September day we decided to take some portraits in the shade of the gardens at the Mill. The Mill Lakeside Manor has the most picturesque property. We love using the grounds there for photos. the possibilities are endless!
Nicole and Kyle were most excited about the food and drinks at their wedding. “We want to have a huge party with unforgettable food and everyone to be full and happy!!” – the couple shared.

“Kyle proposed after 10.5 years of dating. He convinced me to go to our favorite restaurant, and we had a great dinner. While we were at dinner, our moms decorated the apartment. Kyle got what he thought was a text saying the coast was clear when our moms were actually still in the apartment! When we got back to the apartment, he blindfolded me, and I still suspected nothing. Our moms snuck out, and Kyle got down on one knee in our living room decorated with roses and half-lit candles and had me take off the blindfold. It was perfect!” – Nicole shared.
Nicole and Kyle were high school sweethearts. They met in 2009 when mutual friends introduced them to one another. They couldn’t stop laughing and connected almost instantly. Their chemistry is amazing!
The glow during their late September wedding was pure perfection. They couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day.
Nicole and Kyle went with a black-and-white look for their wedding day. It was both modern and chic.
Nicole let us know their wedding day inspiration was derived from their engagement photos/session. They captured their engagement photos in Hoboken NJ on an overcast day (that was supposed to rain!). The feel of the buildings, their wardrobe, and the overall vibe inspired them to a classic black and white color palette for the wedding. And let me tell you, we were OBSESSED! The clean classic tones gave the whole day a timeless yet chic vibe.
We could not wait to get down and party with Joe Baracata Band A New Jersey staple for a good time!! And if you can’t tell from these photos, everyone had the time of their lives. Exactly what Nicole and Kyle were looking for.
