Melissa and Michael’s engagement session at Spring Lake was absolutely breathtaking! We had the most gorgeous weather and sunshine! Melissa wore a cute long fuchsia dress and Michael had on a button down dress shirt. Halfway through their session they switched their outfits to a black and blush floral dress and a blue button down with dress pants.
“Last year, Michael and I went to the beautiful country of Portugal and spent an amazing 7 days there. The last day of our trip we spent the day exploring Sintra, Portugal where the royalty would spend their summers in Portugal. We spent the day exploring castles and grand estates and having a wonderful time taking in the beautiful countryside and enjoying the delicious food and drink. At sunset in Sintra, Michael led me to a hidden balcony overlooking the beautiful town of Sintra and got down on one knee asking me to be his wife. I barely let him get the words out before telling him YES!!!”

“Our favorite date is just to simply get takeout, sit on the couch together, and binge watch whatever series we’re currently hooked on. Cuddled up on the couch with Michael and Maya is my favorite place to be.”
Maya, their beautiful pup joined us on their session, and had her own fun posing for the camera… and barking at squirrels!!
“Personally I am very excited for the first look when Michael and I see each other for the last time before becoming husband and wife. I am also thrilled to share our union with all our wonderful friends and family! Michael is most excited (aside from the I do’s) for the amazing food and to dance all night with our family and friends.”
Melissa and Michael are absolutely adorable. I had so much fun capturing their love and photographing their engagement session! What a beautiful night, as the sun began to set – Melissa and Michael shared a champagne toast on the beach! Congratulations to the two of you!
