Ashleigh and Jordan’s wedding was so beautiful and fun at the Sterling Ballroom. I photographed Jordan’s brother’s wedding last year, so reconnecting with the family was so awesome! Ashleigh and Jordan have such a great family! It was wonderful to spend this special day with such incredible people. The bridal party was such a great group and everyone was so happy and ready to celebrate with Ashleigh and Jordan.
Ashleigh was so excited for her day! Her 7 bridesmaids were in awe and so thrilled for her. Dressed in pale mint green T-shirts and palm tree linen tied PJ shorts, the girls helped Ashleigh get all ready for her big day. The mom’s had on these cute T-shirts that read Mother of Bride and Mother of Groom. Everyone looked so amazing!! Jordan gave Ashleigh a gift with a card for her to read before the wedding began. The card read: “I knew I loved you at first lift” which was adorable considering the pair met at a CrossFit Speakeasy in Belmar, NJ. Ashleigh’s makeup was done by Eva of Make Me Up Eva and her hair was done by Kathy Hall. She looked stunning! After a few getting ready photographs and chatter, it was time to get Ashleigh in her wedding dress and put her details on. The wedding dress was absolutely beautiful! It was designed by Mikaella Bridal Dress, who had an eye for a form fitted, lace bodice with a nude tulle and lace skirt dress. This mermaid shaped V-neck dress fit Ashleigh like a glove. WOW! She was looking gorgeous all dolled up and ready to get married. The rings were so fun to photograph! Twin City Jewelers did an amazing job and the couple got exactly what they had envisioned. Ashleigh’s rings are gold and Jordan’s ring is silver, which complimented each other so well.
Ashleigh had the best tropical details. I was in love with the color pallete! Golds and the palest of greens were all in her details and noticed throughout the day. Her bouquets by Jersey Shore Florist were very colorful and contrasted nicely with the pale green floor length dresses the bridal party wore. Ashleigh and Jordan’s tropical theme was very fun and their idea to include palm trees in their details and florals was so creative! The invitations from Minted were super cute and fit their palm tree tropical wedding theme. The beachy wedding vibes really created a playful and enjoyable atmosphere.
All ready to see her groom for the first time, Ashleigh headed to first look to meet Jordan. Nerves ran through Jordan’s body as he was about to see Ashleigh for the first time in her wedding dress. Ashleigh lit up when she saw her handsome soon-to-be husband wearing a tuxedo from Jos. A. Bank and tan/grey dress shoes. Jordan looked dapper! His navy suit matched the groomsmen’s suits and their fun pale green pineapple socks complimented the bridesmaids pale green dresses. Every detail at this wedding was thought about and complimented each others perfectly. Jordan’s pocket square even matched the girls getting ready PJ shorts! It had palm trees and complimented the palm tree tropical theme. Jordan turned around to see his soon-to-be bride. Jordan’s eyes lit up as he saw Ashleigh. The two instantly feel into one another and just embraced each other. What a happy sight to see. He was so excited, all his nerves went away once he was with his love.
We headed to Belmar for a couple photographs and then went to the CrossFit gym where Ashleigh and Jordan met. It was a great break from the heat, because boy was it hot outside! The breeze from the water felt nice and it was much needed. After a couple more photographs it was time for the ceremony. The E Street Shuttle Bus was on point with keeping the bridal party on time! What a great transportation company.
Ashleigh and Jordan had a nice ceremony. Everyone cheered for the bride and groom as they walked down the aisle hand in hand. After the ceremony we headed into the reception space to celebrate their marriage. Lauren of LoveGraceCalligraphy on Etsy did a fantastic job with the signage and other details. Ashleigh and Jordan shared a special dance together, as the couple swayed and moved with the music. Chris Marino of Limelight Entertainment did an awesome job pumping up the crowd and getting everyone to dance. Laughs and love filled the room. Ashleigh and Jordan are such genuine people their vibes and happiness brought such great energy to the space. Taking a quick break from partying, we took the couple outside to do a fun champagne shot. It was so much fun!
Congratulations Ashleigh and Jordan! We hope your wedding day was as beautiful to you as it was to us. Thank you for choosing Limelight Entertainment to celebrate your wedding day with you.
