Nautical Wedding at the Molly Pitcher Inn

Krystal and Chris were married in a beautiful outdoor ceremony overlooking the Navesink River at The Molly Pitcher Inn. Krystal and Chris thought of every nautical detail and incorporated it into their special day. It was such an honor to have been such a large part of this amazingly beautiful wedding.

Krystal got ready at the Molly Pitcher Inn and by the time I had arrived, her and all of her girls were already hair and makeup ready!! I absolutely love that! There is nothing more important than hiring true professionals for your hair and makeup team so that your schedule can stay on time. Sarah Jeanne Makeup Artistry and Reel Style Bridal teamed up to get 8 women hair and makeup ready all before I needed them. I love this team!

Krystal then slipped into her gorgeous wedding gown. There was a minor hiccup at this moment, but her bridesmaid Heather is a master of all and was able to sew us back on track. Now it was time for the first look.

We set up Krystal and Chris for their first look right on the docks at the Molly Pitcher Inn. It was such beautiful and emotional moment. Krystal and Chris are so sweet together and Chris was right there with a tissue to help dry his bride’s eyes. The two chatted about their eventful morning and then it was time to take a boat ride!

Krystal, Chris, and their entire bridal party hopped onto the Zia Rose and were off to cruise the Navesink! It was so fun being on the boat with the bridal party. All of the other boaters were honking their horns and cheering for the happy new couple. It was so sweet.

After our little cruise it was time to get these two married. Their ceremony space overlooked the marina and the Navesink river and the view was gorgeous!

Cocktail hour music was provided by Limelight Entertainment and everyone got stated on the rum buckets. Yes, you heard me correctly. They were serving rum buckets with little paper umbrellas at their open bar. They also displayed a sign at their bar that read” any shenanigans will be documented by photographers on duty.” This was very true! 😉

After all of those rum buckets it was now time to party! DJ Chris Marino hosted and emceed the reception and got everyone on the dance floor to party. This group was so fun! Chris kept the dance floor packed and these guests knew how to have a good time.

Krystal and Chris chose to display their names and the date on the wall with gorgeous monogram lighting. They also opted for a white photo booth lounge which guests were having a ton of fun with. And they had a TV display with a photo montage running for all of their guests to watch. To top off their package they ended the night with our black light show. All of the guests received white gloves and glasses that glowed in our black lights. All of the guests loved this feature and everyone was having so much fun. This really kicked the energy up even higher than it already was before.

We cannot thank Krystal and Chris enough for choosing to have Limelight there for their wedding. We had so much fun capturing all of the smiles and creating the celebration of a lifetime for you. Congratulations!!
