Bride sings to Groom and Creates Special Moment

Just last month we got to rock Katie and Nick’s wedding inside the Atlantic Ballroom at Crystal Point. First off these two are such an amazing couple and I gotta say it was such a blast being a part of their wedding. We had so much fun from start to finish.
Wedding introductions are always fun but this wedding really stuck out. As I stepped out onto the dance floor welcoming their guests everyone just cheered in excitement. I asked “are you ready to have a good time tonight” and the Atlantic Ballroom just erupted. It was such an awesome vibe and a prefect energy for the introductions. As I called in the parents, the wedding party, and the new Mr & Mrs the energy was through the roof and everyone was ready to party. I honestly got the chills
Weddings are always full of amazing moments but this night really stuck out when it came time for Katie and Nick to cut their cake. Katie wanted to do something special and surprise her husband with a song. As the newlyweds approached their cake at the center of the dance floor I handed Katie my microphone, the DJ hit the music and she began to sing “Grow Old With You” from The Wedding Singer to her new husband. Katie’s voice cut through so perfectly and there were chills in the air. I have never seen a groom smile like Nick did that day. This was truly an amazing moment.
From here on out everyone danced the night away and had such a great time. We ended the night with the classic from from Billy Joel, “Piano Man” Everyone surrounded the bride and groom and was singing at the top of their lungs. It was the perfect ending to a perfect wedding day.
